Lorraine listened to my needs, was completely transparent about pricing options, and adjusted the schedule to minimize the amount of time I'd be without my computer, then called me the moment it was ready. Chris did an amazing job with a tricky fix (many Macs are NOT service-friendly!). Last time I needed computer service, I had someone I trusted for years but was living in a different area. I had lost all of my travel photos when my hard drive suddenly crashed last year. I went to several computer places, some said they couldnt retrieve anything and others were very very expensive. Then I went to PC Warehouse in Freehold, who managed to retrieve everything I needed and that at a good price and with good service. I highly recommend PC Warehouse!!!!
Every once in a while you come across a company that really does go that extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. This company is quite possibly one of the best I have ever came across. I had a failed hard drive that I had stupidly not backed up that contained all my irreplaceable data. I sent the drive to P C Watehouse where they diagnosed it as a faulty needle. They were able to source a donar drive, switch the needle and recover my data onto a new drive in an extremely quick turn around time. I'd recommend this company to absolutely anybody who needs data recovery. Thanks Scott
